The home pieces that caught my eye this week, and how I’d use them.
Blue ikat wallpaper. I’d use in any gathering space, (either floor to ceiling, or above wainscoting) on a ceiling, or to line the back of a bookshelf for a more subtle application.
Dusty blue performance sectional. A workhorse performance sectional for a family room, in an unexpected color. Step out of the oatmeal sofa box!
Pair of oatmeal lamps. Neutral but textured, they won’t overpower but will add depth. I’d use in a bedroom, or a space that already has it’s main character energy established.
Flush mount light. The perfect alternative to a ceiling of recessed lighting. Add a few of these instead of recessed lightning for a more intentional look.
Cross weave fireplace screen. Practical and pretty. Just in time for fireplace season.
Landscape art. This piece is petite, but has the best combination of colors and frame scale.
Green armchair. A statement chair that also invites you to sit down and stay awhile. I’d pair with any neutral, or a smoky blue, or chocolate sofa.
Burl console table. An eye-catching burl, demilune table. I’d use in an entryway, or to transform a space in a hallway into it’s own moment.
Woven Greek key rug. A classic print & material. I’d use in a dining room, or as a hallway runner.
